Black bean burritos

  • Ready to eat tortillas
  • Refried Black (or brown) Beans (I use Zapata non-fat)
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Guacamole
  • Other toppings as desired
Spoon beans down just-off-middle of tortilla's, fold over.
Microwave 2 or 3 for about 30 seconds.
Eat as is or with toppings.
Preparation time: 2 minutes and up depending on toppings.
Clean-up: 0 minutes and up.
