- Ready to eat tortillas
- Refried Black (or brown) Beans (I use Zapata non-fat)
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Guacamole
- Other toppings as desired
Microwave 2 or 3 for about 30 seconds.
Eat as is or with toppings.
Preparation time: 2 minutes and up depending on toppings.
Clean-up: 0 minutes and up.
