OATMEAL ESPRESSO


Oatmeal and coffee, all in one
Hands-on time: 5 minutes
Time to table: 5 minutes
Serves 3
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats (Jennette uses quick oats)
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 3 teaspoons Splenda
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup water

Combine oats, instant coffee and Splenda. Stir in the skim milk and water. Microwave the mixture for one minute and 45 seconds.
