Ingredients:
- 2 cups pre-packaged broccoli slaw (without dressing or sauce)
- 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
Instructions:
- Place parsley in mixing bowl.
- Add the broccoli slaw and sunflower seeds, then toss everything together.
- Add a light dressing. I recommend an Asian style dressing like Newman’s Own All Natural Salad Mist, Asian Sesame — just 1 calorie per spray (a serving is 10 sprays).
