4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
4 large flour tortillas
1 head romaine lettuce, tough ridge removed
8 oz thinly sliced deli roaste beef
4 oz cheddar, thinly sliced
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and the horseradish. Spread evenly over each tortilla.
Layer the tortillas with the lettice, roast beef and cheddar and roll up.
