... I made up a fantastic salmmon recipe the other day and it was super easy:
I melted 1 tbsp butter and drizzled over the salmon, added some sea salt and fresh ground pepper, squeezed fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon per salmon serving) and lots of fresh dill. I cooked at 500 degrees on my grill pan for about 5 minutes, added some more lemon juice and baked 5 minutes longer. It was fantastic!

... This is another great salmon recipe using salmon filets: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. rub some oil on on the salmon and salt and pepper to taste. Cook in an oven-proof pan skin side up for about 10 minutes. meanwhile, make a paste with orange juice, a small amount of orange juice, and about a teaspoon of brown sugar. Flip the salmon over and pour the paste on. cook in the oven until done.

... Half of Salmon Fillet Grilled: Cover the grill with foil. Use your flavor seasoning. Pepper/Lemon,Garlic salt, Onion Powder & 1/8 of Cardamom or less.Squeeze a 1/2 of lemon. Then spread a lite coat of mayo on.Grill until done!!! Can use a smaller piece of salmon if needed.
