MANGO LASSI


An Indian-inspired mango smoothie
Hands-on time: 10 minutes
Time to table: 10 hours
Makes 2 cups
  • 1 mango, cubed (about 4 - 5 ounces)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup low-fat yogurt
  • Almond extract or vanilla to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Cardamom to taste, optional

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
