Creamy Chicken

1 lb frozen boneless chicken breast,uncooked, sliced thin 2.99
1/4 lb thin sliced swiss cheese, 1.50
1/4 lb thinly sliced ham 1.50
1/2 shaker "Italian cheese blend" .75
8 oz heavy cream .75
12oz box generic stuffing 1.00
4 slices peppered bacon, cooked and crumbled .50
1 sub roll .50
1/4 stick of butter, melted .20
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder

9.70 total as described here, but since I buy my items in larger quantities, I can do it for 8.00

Preheat oven to 350

prepare stuffing according to recipe, minus 1/4 cup water and set aside

Alfredo sauce: simmer the cream and add grated cheese, pepper, and half the garlic powder. Set aside

In a 9x9 baking dish (or loaf pan) layer in the ingredients, as if making a lasagna, beginning with the bottom, as follows:

1/3 stuffing
1/2 Chicken
1/2 ham
1/2 swiss
1/3 stuffing
1/3 Alfredo sauce
1/2 Chicken
1/2 ham
1/2 swiss
1/3 stuffing
2/3 alfredo
crumbled Bacon.

Cook covered for 30 minutes, uncovered for 15.
prepare sub roll for 4 garlic bread. ENJOY!!
