- 5 cups sliced rhubarb
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
In small bowl, combine sugar, flour & cinnamon.
Sprinkle over fruit. Set aside
TOPPING:
- 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
Cut in margaine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in oats.
Sprinkle over fruit.
Bake 1 hr. at 350 degrees
