Herbed Snowpeas baby portobella

Ingredients:

olive oil
garlic, chopped (I used 3 small cloves)
snow peas
baby bella mushrooms, sliced
herbes de Provence

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms and stir in with oil and garlic until they soften and you start to drool because it smells so good.
  4. Add the snow peas and turn them over with the mushrooms and garlic.
  5. Sprinkle generously with herbes de Provence, stir several times and cover for a few minutes until desired doneness. (Peas are better if they're still a bit crispy.)
