olive oil
garlic, chopped (I used 3 small cloves)
snow peas
baby bella mushrooms, sliced
herbes de Provence
- Heat olive oil in skillet.
- Add garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and stir in with oil and garlic until they soften and you start to drool because it smells so good.
- Add the snow peas and turn them over with the mushrooms and garlic.
- Sprinkle generously with herbes de Provence, stir several times and cover for a few minutes until desired doneness. (Peas are better if they're still a bit crispy.)
