Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients:
red potatoes, cut into wedges
olive oil
cracked rosemary
salt
pepper

Step 1.
Heat oven to 425°F. Place potato wedges in a shallow baking dish or on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Step 2.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until crispy golden brown.
