Garlic Mustard Greens

Ingredients:
olive oil
garlic, sliced
mustard greens

Step 1.
Heat olive oil in skillet. Add sliced garlic and sauté until just crispy. Add greens and cook for about five minutes.


Step 2.
Remove from heat and cover. Allow to steam for a minute or so more until desired tenderness.
