Cauliflower with buttered breadcrumbs

Ingredients:
1 cauliflower, broken up into the single "flowerets"
1 stick salted butter
1 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
Instructions:
- boil cauliflower in salted water for approx. 15 minutes or until as tender as you wish
- meanwhile melt butter in skillet
- add breadcrumbs and roast lightly, constantly stirring (careful they burn easily)
- serve cauliflower on pre-heated soup plates covered in buttered breadcrumbs
cost:
cauliflower: $ 2.50
breadcrumbs: $ 1.00
cauliflower is high in vitamin C, low in calories (100g = 22 kcal/94 kJ), high in minerals, especially potassium and is easily digested
